What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add all other ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Scoop 1 Tbsp of dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving!
