The Healthy Options program works closely with restaurants, food trucks and chefs to ensure that each menu item deemed "Healthy Options" are in fact healthier. We work to create menu items lower in calories, saturated fat, and added sugar.
On the right, we have broken down specific items we look for in each dish to ensure they qualify as a Healthy Option. Click on the images to see a full breakdown of each course.
Our Registered Dietitian and staff will work closely with your restaurant to ensure your item is healthy and give you recommendations to meet our criteria at no cost to you!
The process is simple.
We ask that you first send us any recipes for items that you think could potentially be a Healthy Option. We will be able to run them through our nutritional analysis software, and let you know what adjustments can be made such that they meet our requirements!
