What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash, dry, and remove stems from strawberries. Slice berries in half.
  3. In a bowl, combine berries with balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix well.
  4. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread berries on baking sheet. Bake it at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, olive oil, and black pepper together in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  6. Once strawberries are done baking, chill until cool. Serve berries and cottage cheese dip with a side of roasted sourdough bread or whole wheat bread.
