What to do:

  1. Peel and clean all veggies
  2. Strain and rinse beans
  3. Cut onions in 1/3, like big onion rings
  4. Heat grill pan on high
  5. Grill corn, red peppers, and red onion
  6. Get a nice char on all sides but try not to burn to the point where the vegetables skin starts to peel off
  7. Take veggies off the grill, let cool so you can handle cutting them
  8. Slice corn off the cobb
  9. Dice peppers and onions, chop cilantro
  10. Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl, toss and season accordingly
  11. Refrigerate until ready to serve
