What to do:

  1. Slice strawberries lengthwise into thin slices and place each slice along the inside of a serving glass. Repeat this process for all serving glasses until finished. Set it aside.
  2. In a blender, add chia seeds, cocoa powders, vanilla extract, maple syrup, milk of choice, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until mixture is completely smooth and creamy. This takes about 1-2 minutes.  
  3. Transfer the blended mousse into individual serving glasses. (Optional: Garnish with additional strawberries.)
