What to do:
- In a large bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, dried basil, salt and pepper. Marinade chicken for 30 minutes or overnight. Store the rest for your pasta salad dressing.
- Preheat your grill to the highest setting. Grill for 6 minutes on each side, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While chicken is marinading/cooking, cut tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and cook pasta
- In a large bowl mix pasta, tomatoes. mozzarella, basil, chicken, dressing and serve

- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
