Teddy was born in WNY, but moved to Long Island for High School.   He attended vocational school for cooking and won a competition and was granted a scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  After graduation in 2005, he moved to Las Vegas to work with some of the world’s best chefs, such as Bradley Ogden, Micheal Mina, Mario Batali and Wolfgang Puck. After 7 years in Vegas, he moved to Dallas, TX to open a fine dining restaurant with his friend.  After a few years, he decided to move back to his home town to be closer to family.  He worked for about a year at Fiamma Steak on Hertel Ave until he found Lloyd was hiring.  Teddy was the first employee of Lloyd, helping them grow from 1 truck to now 4 trucks, 2 restaurants and a booming catering business.   Between Chef/owner Chris Dorsaneo and Teddy, they have created all the food that can be enjoyed from any of the Lloyd locations.  He has been there for 7 1/2 years and plans to keep stay at Lloyd and help them grow, expand and improve daily.
