Erika is on track to complete her Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics at D'Youville College in May 2016.  She has always had a passion for food, introducing others to plant-based dishes, and helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle through small, simple changes. In Erika's spare time you'll find her spending time with her friends and family, taking on DIY projects, exercising and perfecting recipes for friends and family to try!
