The Salad Bar Truck is where you create your own fresh, hand chopped and tossed salad.

You will NEVER find fried foods, sugary drinks, pizza or cheeseburgers here! What you will find is that we are vegan, vegetarian and gluten friendly. We are perfect for those counting calories, and who follow a restricted diet. Even your doctor or dietitian will approve!
