Suzie's Bakery started when Susan Trankle moved back to Buffalo in 2012 after doing custom baking on the side of her various jobs in New York City, attending culinary school in Chicago and opening a shop in Eaton, Pennsylvania. Big Suzie's Little Bakery truck is easily one of the most visually appealing trucks on the streets and serves a variety of baked goods.
