Miami Phin's Flatbread

What you will need:

  • 4 flatout wheat flatbreads
  • 1/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded 
  • 2 ounce ham, extra lean, low sodium, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 cup bread and butter pickles, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease two baking sheets. 

  2. Top each flatout evenly with cheese, ham, pickles arugula and red onion.

  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. 

  4. Drizzle mustard evenly over flatbread.
