What to do:

  1. Wash and soak all fruit with cold water.
  2. Chop and core apple into small pieces.
  3. Peel nectarine, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
  4. Peel and slice banana into small rounds.
  5. Cut off top of strawberries and cut into quarters.
  6. Chop grapes in half.
  7. Peel orange and chop wedges into half.
  8. Chop mango: Stand the mango, stem end down, and hold. Look for two wide sides starting at top, place knife about 1/4 inch from center and cut down through mango. Repeat with opposite remaining wide side. Cut flesh of wide sides by slicing them in cross-hatch pattern, make sure to not cut through skin. Push skin inside-out and cut pieces from skin.
  9. Add all fruit into a bowl and mix together.
  10. Serve 1 cup per serving and enjoy!

Optional: Pour over Greek yogurt or drizzle with honey.
