Frozen Yogurt Bites

This is a great healthy treat you can enjoy all summer long!

What you will need:

  • 1 cup of your favorite fruit (strawberries and blueberries are my favorite)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low sugar granola
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

What to do:

1.  Rinse and wash fruit. Slice strawberries into smaller pieces. 

2.  Place fruit into bowl and drizzle 2 Tbsp. on top. Mash up with a fork. 

3. Assemble frozen yogurt bites by lining a mini muffin pan. Sprinkle granola on the bottom, place 1 spoonful of Greek Yogurt and top off with 1 Tbsp. of granola. and a piece of fruit.

4.  Place in freezer for 2 hours. 

5. Remove from pan and enjoy!
