Alz Rootz is named after Al Zinter, Sue's father. Al loved the Western United States and had a particular affection for our National Parks. Al was raw before it was cool to be raw, and ate fruits, nuts and vegetables nearly every day. The decor and names of drinks is an homage to Al, Our menu tries to offer healthy, and organic ingredients to you in delicious different styles.
