What you'll need:

For the salad:

  • 1.5 oz. (measured dry) whole wheat pasta, cooked

  • 2.5 oz. Shredded chicken, cooked

  • 1 cup broccoli, bit size pieces

  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded

  • 0.5 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat

  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds, unsalted

BBQ Ranch Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp. no added sugar BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt

  • 3 Tbsp nonfat milk

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp dill

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Pinch of black pepper

What to do:
  1. Mix all ingredients together for the BBQ ranch dressing in a small bowl until combined. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients into a contained.
  3. Add dressing to salad and toss until well combined.
  4. Enjoy!
