Chicken Brochette

What you'll need:
  • 1 T. Paprika
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. harissa spice
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dry thyme
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. white pepper
  • 1 ½ lb. skinless boneless chicken breast-cut in cubes
  • ½ lb. button portabella mushrooms7 (6”) wooden skewers
What to do:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Coat the cubed chicken pieces with the dry rub.
  3. Place in cooler for 1 hour.
  4. Skewer chicken and mushrooms, alternating between chicken and mushroom.
  5. Cook for 12-15 in 375-degree oven
