What you'll need:
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1 ea. Lime-Zest
  • 1 ea. Lime Juice- squeezed fresh
  • Fresh Cilantro
What to do:
  1. Bring the water to a boil
  2. Stir the butter and rice into the water
  3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until the rice is tender ~ 20 minutes
  4. Stir in the lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro into the cooked rice just before serving.
