Greek Turkey Burger

What you'll need:
  •      2 ½ Lbs Lean Ground Turkey
  •      ½ Cup Egg Beaters
  •      1 ½ Cup Chopped Spinach
  •      ¼ Cup Red Onion
  •      1 ½ Cup Roasted Red Pepper
  •      2/3 Cup Low Fat Feta
  •      1 Tbsp D’Avolio Greek Seasoning
  •      ½ tsp Salt
  •      ½ tsp Pepper
What to do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Dice red onion and roasted red peppers.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until all items are evenly distributed.
  4. Portion burgers to 5 oz patties.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes (or bake for 10 minutes and finish on the grill 2-3 minutes per side).
  6. Serve with 3 oz of Greek Potatoes and 1 oz of Tzaziki Sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
