Turkey Sliders

What you'll need:
  • 3 lbs. 85/15 ground turkey
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 egg whites – lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup red pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup green pepper, diced
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
What to do:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
  2. Form 3 oz. patties until mixture is finished
  3. Place a 10-inch skillet on a medium flame
  4. When skillet is hot place patties in skillet
  5. Sear each side and reduce heat
  6. Allow patties to remain cooking until internal temperature reads 160°F
